Pose Pro is made by Lakhani Ventures LLC ("we"). This policy explains what the app collects and why. Short version: no account, no ads, no tracking, and we never sell your data.
Camera coaching
Live coaching (body tracking, light and pose hints) runs entirely on your phone. Camera frames are never sent to us.
Photos you upload for AI poses
When you choose to make AI poses, and only after you agree in the app, we send that one photo through our server to Google's Gemini API to create pose images. Our server does not save your photo or the results; it passes them through and forgets them.
Google processes the photo as our service provider. On the paid Gemini API, Google does not use your photo to train or improve its products. Google may keep a log of requests for a limited time only to detect abuse, as described in Google's Gemini API terms.
Your face
We do not create, store or share face templates, face geometry or any biometric identifiers. Any face comparison used to make sure your face is unchanged happens on your phone only and is discarded right away.
What we do store
- An anonymous app user ID made by the app (not your name, email, Apple ID or advertising ID).
- Your plan and AI sets: free or Pose Pro, renewal date, sets added, used and refunded.
- Your AI consent: which version you agreed to and when, or when you withdrew it.
- Anonymous pose counts, such as "pose X was used 40 times today", to rank popular poses. These are not linked to you.
Purchases and subscriptions
Payments are handled by Apple. We use RevenueCat to confirm purchases and subscriptions. They receive purchase details and the anonymous app user ID, never your payment card. Manage or cancel Pose Pro anytime in your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Photos you save
Photos you save go to your own Photos library on your phone. We cannot see them.
Delete your data
In the app, open Settings → Delete my data. This removes your app user ID, plan and set records, and consent records from our server and clears the app's data on your phone. Apple and RevenueCat keep their own purchase records as required by law. You can also email us.
Children
Pose Pro is not for children under 13. Do not upload photos of children.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including Texas, California, Illinois and the EU/UK), you may have rights to access, delete or correct your data. Email support@pose-pro.com and we will reply within 30 days.
Changes
If we change how your photo is handled, the app will ask for your consent again.
