By using Pose Pro you agree to these terms and to Apple's Standard EULA.
Your photos
Only upload photos of yourself, or of adults who agreed. Do not upload photos of children, or anything illegal, sexual or hateful. You keep all rights to your photos and results.
AI results
AI pose images are ideas and guides. They may contain mistakes. They are labelled as AI-generated, and you must not use them to deceive or impersonate anyone.
Pose Pro and AI sets
New users get one free AI pose set. Pose Pro is an auto-renewing subscription ($9.99 per month or $79.99 per year, or local equivalent) that includes 15 AI pose sets each billing period; unused included sets do not carry over. It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends, in your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Extra AI sets are one-time purchases that never expire. If an AI set fails our face check or errors, it is refunded to you automatically. Payments and refunds are handled by Apple; sets have no cash value.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Lakhani Ventures LLC is not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
